Eligibility Criteria

• Mining:
• Diploma in Mining + 5 years’ relevant experience with Foreman’s Certificate (Metalliferous, Unrestricted), OR
• B.E./B.Tech in Mining + 2 years’ experience with Foreman’s/Second Class Manager (Metalliferous, Unrestricted).

• Geology:
• Diploma in Draughtsman (Mech/Civil) + 5 years’ experience, OR
• PG in Geology + 2 years’ experience.

• Survey:
• Diploma in Survey + 5 years’ experience with Mine Surveyor’s Certificate, OR
• B.E./B.Tech in Mining/Civil or M.Tech (Geomatics) + 2 years’ experience with valid Surveyor competency.

• Environment: B.E./B.Tech in Environmental Engg/Technology + 2 years’ experience.

• Electrical / Mechanical / Civil:
• Diploma + 5 years’ experience, OR
• B.E./B.Tech in respective discipline + 2 years’ experience.

• Mineral Processing: B.E./B.Tech in Mineral Processing / Mineral Engg + 2 years’ experience.

• Finance: CA/CMA Intermediate with 3 years’ experience OR PG Diploma/MBA in Finance with 2 years’ experience.

• HR: Graduate + 5 years’ relevant experience OR PG/PG Diploma/MBA in HR with 2 years’ experience.

• Admin: Graduate + 5 years’ relevant experience.

• Law: Graduate + 5 years’ experience OR LLB/Integrated LLB with 2 years’ experience (independent practice acceptable with proof).

• Materials & Contracts: Any Degree with PG Degree/Diploma/MBA in Materials/Supply Chain/Logistics (as specified) + 2 years’ experience.

• Equivalent qualifications and specialization proof will be considered as per Government/UGC/AIU/AICTE guidelines, with additional certificates required where specialization is not printed.
