The Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.) is a diploma-level teacher-training programme that prepares candidates to teach at the primary and upper-primary school level. It is offered mainly through State Councils of Educational Research and Training (SCERTs) and NCTE-recognised institutions.
