B.Arch (Bachelor of Architecture) is the professional undergraduate degree required to register and practise as an architect in India. It is regulated by the Council of Architecture (CoA) under the Architects Act, 1972.

After the degree
A B.Arch graduate must register with the Council of Architecture to use the title "Architect" and practise professionally, and can work in architectural practice, urban design, construction and project management, or continue to an M.Arch.
